Using modern English but set in 16th century Venice, this re-imagined and progressive adaptation comes to the stage as the romantic comedy for all ages that the Bard originally intended. The production is part of the Royal Shakespeare Company's 'Open Stages' programme - an initiative by the RSC to encourage amateur theatre groups to create fresh and bold adaptations of the Bard's works.
