It's The Real McCoy

By Tommy Marren
It is already being hailed as one of the funniest new Irish comedy plays to ever hit the stage and with two of MidWest Radio’s Presenters taking lead roles the word is out that this play is one not to be missed.
The play is set in rural Ireland in the mid 1960s and its main character is Madge Mulloy (Eileen Slevin) who has spent over 40 years of her life in despair following the disappearance of her husband for no apparent reason. What unfolds on stage has to be seen to be believed. The new parish curate Fr. Michael McCoy (Tommy Marren) gets news about her husband Tom (Ollie Rouse) and his wishes to return to her to explain why he left.
