Endre is the reserved director of a Budapest abattoir. He is clearly attracted to new employee, the socially awkward quality controller Maria, but their initial interactions are extremely uncomfortable. When by chance, the two co-workers discover that each night they are having exactly the same dream, they feel compelled to attempt a romance to match their shared visions. The film contains scenes that may disturb some viewers.
