Irish Women In Harmony Announce Details Of Their Highly Anticipaed Live Debut
Irish Women in Harmony is a collective of Irish female artists who have come together to support one another - both creatively and practically - in pursuit of their artistic goals. In the broader community the collective aims to raise public consciousness for women and children living in crisis.
This very special gathering will bring together some of the leading lights of the contemporary Irish rock/pop music scene, for what promises to be a unique, not-to-be missed showcase of home grown female talent.
The forty-strong collective came together in the summer of 2020, under the award-winning songwriter/producer RuthAnne Cunningham, to record their record-breaking cover of 'Dreams' by The Cranberries. The release, which raised money and awareness for the Safe Ireland charity, was a beacon of light during the pandemic.
Music lovers will now be able to hear 'Dreams' live for the first time, together with a specially curated programme of classic songs, both old and new, from the forthcoming Irish Women In Harmony debut album. With a rotating line-up of artistes and special guests, no two shows will be the same, with fresh surprises every night.
Irish Women In Harmony continue to support, nurture and encourage female artists. They have accomplished a lot in the lockdown era, watch them fly in the months ahead.
