Welcome to the 15th Galway Theatre Festival, as Creative Director, it is my utmost pleasure to invite you on a journey of discovery, inspiration, and boundless imagination.
For over a decade and a half, we have championed new writing, embraced emerging artists, and dared to push boundaries. We have celebrated the power of the creative spirit to ignite our audiences’ imagination.
We have something for everyone; from thought provoking dramas, comedy, works in progress and workshops. We are continuing our partnership with The Town Hall Theatre to present fantastic shows from THISISPOPBABY and Ériu Dance Company.
To those who have graced us with their presence in years past, I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and enthusiasm. If you are picking up the programme for the first time, welcome. I would like to thank all those who have helped GTF grow and flourish - the founders, team members, board members, artists, audiences and supporters.
